Tata Group's E-commerce platform Tata CLiQ also launched a premium and luxury fashion and lifestyle destination, Tata CLiQ Luxury and It have house a wide range of apparel and accessories for men and women by luxury and bridge-to-luxury brands. Over the course of 4 months, I had the pleasure of working with Xeno CoLab who led the design research. As part of the research, we conducted both in-person and remote interviews with sellers that ranged from local shops to giant enterprises, and conducted interviews with the TATA CliQ team to understand the problems and accordingly come up with the solutions. Below are some shots from our research sessions.



Once our solutions were in place, I began the exercise of coming up with a completely new visual language (which was anchored by TATA CliQ's customer facing brand guidelines) for the new and improved seller portal.
This process took over 8 months, and included various iterations with the TATA CliQ team, as well as usability testing with participants of the research exercise.
